Rules
• CEC members who book the rooms and actually stay as Corporate, Walk-in, Ministry’s and Owner’s FITs can earn 1 point for every Yuan spent upon room charges and other in-house consumptions.
• Members who book the rooms through hotel official website, official WeChat and mobile website and actually stay can earn double points for every Yuan spent in-house.
• Any CEC member can earn triple points for every Yuan spent in-house on his/her birthday.
• Long stay (more than 14 days) members can earn 1 point for every Yuan spent upon room charges and other consumptions.
• No points earned on room charges if the bookings are made through OTA or travel agencies. However members can earn 1 point for every Yuan spent upon other in-house consumptions.
• No points earned on room charges, F&B consumptions or miscellaneous expenses if paid collectively on group accounts, such as corporate meeting, ministry and leisure groups. However members can earn 1 point for every Yuan they pay on their own accounts to the hotel upon F&B and other in-house consumptions.
• No points earned on complementary room nights. However members can earn points upon in-house F & B and other consumptions following the same rule of their booking channels.
• Members who rent the guest rooms or other venues on long-term cannot earn points upon room charges or any other in-house consumptions.
• Members who fail to show his/her membership card or retrieve their membership card numbers cannot earn points upon in-house consumptions.
• Members cannot earn points upon the part of consumptions which is deducted or offset by e-vouchers.
• Members cannot earn points upon in-house consumptions which are not billed to their room accounts.
• Members can earn the highest points by choosing the most favorable policies upon their in-house consumptions (e.g. triple points upon birthday consumptions). However they cannot collect their points repeatedly.
• Points should be earned to the members who pay. No points can be earned once more upon the same consumptions.
• Points earned per room per member only.
• The points shall be transmitted into the members’ accounts after 24 hours from the time of checking out all bills paid off.
• Should any error or discrepancy detected in any member’s account, he/she should verify with Reservation at 400-919-9988 or the Assistant Manager at 58159988 ext.3380 or E-mail to the Revenue Management Department within 14 working days from the date of check-out. The adjustment will be made after review and it will not be processed if overdue. It takes about four weeks to reissue the points from the application date.
• Member points are valid for two years. All points not redeemed within the validity period will be automatically cleared up and cannot be reissued.
Terms & Conditions
• The Capital Hotel reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any shops, restaurants and entertainment venues in the hotel due to renovations or other causes.
• Capital Elite Club is a membership program of Capital Hotel. Capital Hotel reserves the rights to decide the qualifications of membership, card numbers, services and benefits and the right to obtain the personal information of all members of Capital Elite Club. By applying for membership and by enjoying the benefit of membership, members accept and explicitly authorize the personal information he/she supplied to be processed and used in its membership administration and promotions in the form of SMS/emails, etc. Members may unsubscribe at any time in the form of SMS/emails if they do not want to receive the hotel information, then the hotel will no longer send relevant information.
• The redemption rate of the Capital Elite Club will be governed by relevant laws and regulations. Capital Elite Club reserves the right to adjust the value of points according to the market conditions.
• The Capital Hotel reserves the right to impose administrative penalties or legal proceedings on any act of fraud or abuse of CEC benefits and points in the name of CEC members.
• Capital Elite Club reserves the right to correct any errors of the bill and bonus points caused by process failures.
• The Capital Hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw any rules, restrictions, terms and conditions, benefits and awards and all information which appear in the webpage at any time without prior notice. Final version of terms and conditions, benefits and awards shall be subject to the Capital Hotel official website.
• In terms that Capital Elite Club fails to issue points or awards to members without just causes, the liability will be limited to the same value of the points or awards.
• Capital Elite Club program’s terms and conditions are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of the P.R.China.
• This program is void should this be prohibited by or contradict the law of the member’s own country.
• The Capital Hotel reserves the right of final interpretation on all Capital Elite Club information of this Program published online.
